Delivery/Shipping Information
PREPAID SHIPPING
- All prepaid orders are shipped free of cost.
- We aim to deliver every order in excellent condition and as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
- Standard delivery timeline: 12–15 working days.
- Delivery timelines may occasionally extend due to unforeseen external factors and can take up to 30–45 days in certain cases.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to shipping delays once dispatched. Customers are requested to wait until the package is delivered.
- We continuously strive to deliver all orders at the earliest possible time.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING TERMS
- Urgent deliveries or deliveries on specific dates are not possible.
- Orders are shipped only through our official courier partners.
- In case an order is lost or remains undelivered, we will re-dispatch the package. Refunds will not be applicable in such cases.
- We follow a No Return, No Refund policy. Only size exchanges are allowed.
- Order value is calculated after applying discounts, GST/VAT, or any other applicable charges.
IMPORTANT CUSTOMER GUIDELINES
Since all orders are shipped through third-party courier services, customers are requested to follow the guidelines below:
Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for regularly tracking their orders.
- Tracking details can be requested from our team and are also available on the tracking page.
- If a customer does not track the order and report issues within a reasonable timeframe, we will not be responsible for missing, misplaced, or damaged packages after 30 days from the order date.
- Courier tracking data is usually removed from courier websites after a short period post-delivery, making later investigations difficult.
OTP Verified Deliveries
- If a package is marked delivered through OTP verification, denial of receiving the parcel will not be accepted.
- In such cases, the decision provided by Krami will be considered final.
- Proof of Delivery (POD) is not provided for OTP-verified deliveries.
Tampered or Incorrect Deliveries
- If the parcel appears tampered with at the time of delivery, customers should refuse to accept it.
- Customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package, even if the parcel appears sealed and intact. This helps in resolving issues related to wrong or missing items.
Missing Delivery Claims
- If the courier tracking shows the parcel as delivered but the customer has not received it, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery update.
- Upon request, we will share the Proof of Delivery (POD) received from the courier company.
- If the customer still disputes the delivery after POD is shared, we can assist in raising the matter with the courier company, but the final resolution will depend on the courier partner.
